A project to prevent dropping out of schools by girls in villages functioning since 2009. The children are identified with the help of school authorities, and they are supported in their academics and encouraged to continue education in school. Children from economically backward families and those belonging to the lower strata of the society – namely the ST children and the kind are included in this support program. Various programs are on the anvil to involve the parents more deeply in their daughter’s education and overall development. 60 schools in Nellore district of Andhra Pradesh are covered under this program.

School supplies include notebooks, uniforms, stationery and school bags are distributed to each child. Every year 200 girls are added to the program, this year we are supporting 1800 such poor girls.
